A great class to develop your fitness using the interval training method, working out intensely for a short period, followed by a short rest period, consistently on and off throughout the whole class. Both easier and harder versions of the moves will be provided so the class can be tailored to suit your level, so don't worry if you are just starting out, you can build your strength and stamina each week.
