A Ballet Barre style class where you will use Ballet Techniques to improve strength, flexibility and fitness in this relaxed and friendly class. The price of the class is £24.50 per calendar month by Direct Debit or £26.50 at Reception. First Class FREE to new members as a taster session. Multi-class discounts available when paying by Direct Debit. Ask for details.
