We operate a payment scheme using Direct Debit.  This helps us to run classes more efficiently and with less time spent on administrative duties. Details of how we work out your class Direct Debit Prices is below.  You are not tied in to an annual subscription, you can cancel at any time before the next payment date.

Please bear in mind when setting up or cancelling a Direct Debit, it can take between 7-10 working days to action any alterations or set up a new mandate.

All fee's paid in advance are non-refundable.  If you wish to cancel your direct debit, please do so in good time (7-10 working days before your payment date). You should also cancel your mandate with your bank. 

 

If you are only taking a short break (e.g. because of sickness, etc), please let us know and we can 'Pause' your Direct Debit payments until you are fit and ready to return, again 7-10 days notice before the 28th of each month is required to 'Pause' your direct debit.

All our classes, excluding fitness classes, are charged calendar monthly in advance, either by direct debit or at Reception by cash or card.  The monthly payment includes 6 weeks free to allow for holidays and sickness.  To pay by Direct debit, please join the scheme by clicking the link at the top of this webpage.

How do we work out the monthly payments?

​

To make the whole system easier to administrate, we work out the weekly rate, multiplied by the number of classes per year, and then split that cost into 12 equal monthly instalments.  Some months you may have 3, 4 or even 5 classes that month, but the monthly charge remains the same each month. 

​

We close for 3 weeks per year (2 weeks at Christmas and 1 week at Easter), plus Bank Holidays.  We include 6 weeks holiday/sickness in the monthly fees, so means we only charge classes for 43 weeks per year (split into 12 equal installments) but are open for 49 weeks per year.  If you attend more than 43 classes per year, you get those for free!

 

Class fees will be reduced by the Bank Holiday Adjustment where applicable.  If you pay by direct debit, your monthly payment will be reduced to include the additional closures.  If you pay at reception, your payment will be reduced in the month where the missing classes are.

My family does multiple classes per week, can we get a discount? 

​

Yes, we do have discount schemes that you can take advantage of, however, these are only available when paying by Direct Debit.  

​Families taking 3 or more classes per week can receive a 10% discount off the cost of their classes. All members attending must be from the same household to qualify for this discount.

​

Childrens Multi-class Pass - payable by Direct Debit only.  With this pass you can attend as many childrens classes as you like, however this must be on a regular basis.  Intermittent attendance will result in your removal from the class in question. See the Price list on our noticeboard for details.

Fitness Classes

​

All fitness classes continue to be charged on a pay as you go system, however, if you choose to pay by monthly direct debit, you can receive a discount.  Ask for details.
